Delete Account Request

Summary: A Warraq account is entirely optional — it's only needed to activate the free AI trial or sync your points wallet. If you never signed in, you have no account to delete, and simply deleting the app removes all local data instantly.

1 — How to request deletion

Email us from the same email address linked to the Google or Apple account you signed in with:

Subject: Delete my account
We'll confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days at most — usually much sooner.

2 — What gets deleted

Your account identifier and email as received from your sign-in provider (Google/Apple).
Your points wallet balance and usage history.
The free AI trial activation status linked to your account.

3 — What's unaffected

Your files and documents: they were never uploaded to our servers in the first place — all processing happens on your device — so there's nothing of theirs for us to delete.
Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics (e.g. how often a given tool is used) may be retained in aggregate form that doesn't single you out.
Any active subscription (Pro/AI): managed through your app store account (Google Play or the App Store), not through your Warraq account — cancel it from the store's own settings if needed.
