No. There are no interstitial ads, no app-open ads, and no ads in the reading screen. The only ad is fully optional: it is offered when you ask for a tool and your balance is short, and you are free to decline and wait for the monthly refill.
No — no account is needed to use Warraq's core tools. Signing in (entirely optional) only lets you activate the AI trial and sync your balance across devices. Optional paid packages are coming soon for extra features, but they're never required to use the app.
