1 — Acceptance

By downloading or using Warraq you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

2 — Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices. You may not resell, decompile or redistribute the app, or circumvent its points and rewards mechanisms.

3 — A free app: points and the optional ad

Warraq is free at its core: no account or subscription is needed for its core tools.
Reading, browsing, searching, selecting, annotating and adding text are always free and cost no points.
Processing tools are unlocked with points: a welcome grant on install, then an automatic monthly refill.
You may earn extra points by watching an optional rewarded ad. No ad is forced on you anywhere else.
Points are an in-app value only: they cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, cannot be transferred between devices, and are lost when the app is uninstalled (unless synced via an optional account).
Rewards are granted after server-side verification. Attempts to game the system (modified devices, emulators, spoofed rewards) may result in rewards being refused or earning being disabled on that device.
We may adjust the welcome grant, the monthly refill or tool costs in future to keep the service sustainable — without affecting the fact that reading stays free.
Signing in (optional, via Google or Apple) lets you sync your balance across devices and activate the AI trial. Optional paid packages for extra features are coming soon — they will never be forced on you and will not affect the free tools available today.

4 — Acceptable use

You are responsible for the documents you process with the app and for holding the right to work with them. Using the unlock tools on files you are not authorised to access, or using the app for any unlawful activity, is prohibited.

5 — AI feature

Warraq AI is not active in the current version. When it launches it will run only with your explicit consent, and its answers will be machine-generated and may contain errors — verify anything material before acting on it. Its output is not legal, financial or medical advice.

6 — Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We work hard on its quality and stability, but we do not warrant that it is free of defects, and we are not liable for data loss caused by misuse or by circumstances outside our control — always keep a copy of important files.

7 — Termination

We may stop granting points on any device used to abuse the rewards system, or suspend an account (if any) used abusively. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time, and if you have an account you can request its deletion via the account deletion page.

8 — Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; we will notify you inside the app of any material change before it takes effect.
